Welcome to C2C Imports & Exports Wholesale. By accessing or using our B2B marketplace platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").

By registering as a buyer or supplier, posting a requirement, or browsing the platform, you accept these terms in full. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, verified vendors, and wholesale customers. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any Services.

2. Platform Services & Role

C2C Wholesale acts as a facilitator and marketplace connecting wholesale buyers and verified suppliers across agricultural and bulk commodities. We do not manufacture the products listed unless explicitly stated. While we verify supplier credentials (such as HST/GST verification), buyers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before committing to large bulk transactions.

3. User Obligations & Account Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate business and account information. You must not use our products or platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Fraudulent inquiries, spam, or malicious code transmission will result in immediate termination of your Services.

4. Wholesale Quotes and Pricing

Prices for products and minimum order quantities (MOQs) are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuations. Submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not constitute a binding contract until a final invoice and agreement are generated between the buyer and supplier.

5. Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and Services available via our platform may include materials from third-party suppliers. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, resources, or content made in connection with any third-party websites or direct off-platform transactions.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall C2C Imports & Exports, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada/Ontario.
